What's new in V8.2: |
| Added a REPORTS menu. Now you may create all reports from the same menu. Previously
various reports was available thru different menu items. |
| Added a "Incorrectly Answered" report to the list of available reports. This option
allows you to obtain a report on just student answers that have been incorrecly
answered. |
| Added graph displays to the Test Item Analysis Editor window. Now you can visually
see the current displayed test item statistical information as a graph. This graph
will dynamically change as you navigate from test item to test item, always displaying
the current test item's information. You may also copy the graph to the Windows
clipboard and even save any graph display as an image file. In addition this graph
display may be turned off by selecting a checkbox if you do not wish to see it. |
| Added the ability to specify the location of the template file which is used to prefill
test settings into the Test Builder window. This new change now allows more flexibility
when you are using this software on a network. Now each system which uses this software
may use the same template file. Previously this file was required to be in the same
folder as the executbale file. |
| Modified the "Test Report" to the name "Comprehensive" which will display all test
items in a report whether the student correctly answered them or not. |
| Modified the NEW and OPEN RICH TEXT FILE terminology to NEW and OPEN DOCUMENT. These
are more standard terms which people would be more likely to recognize in a word
processing environment. |
| Corrected a problem whereby data would save to the database even if no changes to it
have been made while in TestBank editing mode. This would cause a "slow-up" while
simply navigating from test item to test item without making any modifications since
each time you navigated "off" a test item, it's data would save (re-save) to the
database. This process was typically not very noticeable unless the test items
contained inserted images. If these images were very large, then this unnecessary
saving of data would be very appearant by slowing down the navigating process. |
| Corrected a problem wherby if the 1st test item in a TestBank was set to make that test
item unavailable to the randomizer, then the check mark would not be there on any
subsequent opening of the testbank. That problem is now corrected. |
| Corrected a problem which would not allow more than one student to be automatically
administered tests at the same time if this software was used in a network environment
where the "Accounts.AZZ" file was also on the network drive with the RTG-PRO.exe file.
A sharing issue would not allow more than one student to automatically be administered
tests at the same time. This problem is now corrected. |
| When loading templates from the Test Builder window, the list of available (saved)
templates will now appear in alpha numeric order. |
